Compare the properties in one auction

A Full Auction Report gives you consistent research across an agreed NYC auction roster. It is useful when you want to compare several properties without assembling separate notes for each one.

Coverage and contents

The PDF includes an auction cover and property index, three core pages for each included property, limitations and supporting evidence. Each property is reviewed for identity, dated status, value evidence, available debt, terms, potential buyer costs and unresolved questions.

The $150 price applies to the agreed roster for the auction you identify. Coverage is confirmed after ordering; any partial roster is expressly labelled. It does not silently cover every sale at the same courthouse or a different session. If we cannot fulfil your requested scope, you receive a full refund.

Ordering and delivery

Provide the court or organizer and advertised date, plus a session or notice where needed to distinguish the auction. Pay online and we create your report. Estimated delivery is six hours after confirmed order and payment, for the agreed roster.

The estimate is not a guaranteed overnight, weekend or auction-day deadline. Contact Matias first if you need delivery before a particular sale. Document delays are flagged promptly.

What still needs separate investigation

PRS and FAR are research and screening products. They do not certify title, guarantee that an advertised sale will proceed, include a professional title search or prescribe a maximum bid. Choose PRS for one property, or book a due diligence meeting for a shortlisted investment.
