Who handles your information

What we collect and why

For report orders, we collect your name, email, requested property and auction details, notes, order reference and payment status. We use this information to process payment, prepare and deliver your report, answer questions and handle refunds. Please avoid including sensitive personal details about occupants or third parties in the order form.

You may optionally tell us how you found MCR. We keep that answer with your order to understand which sources bring customers. This field does not track your browsing or subscribe you to marketing.

Services involved

The website and order records are hosted through OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure. Stripe processes card payments; this website does not collect or store your full card number. NYC Planning GeoSearch receives street-address search queries to provide suggestions. Google Calendar and Google Meet handle consultation bookings and meeting invitations under Google’s own privacy terms. WhatsApp handles messages you choose to send through the contact link.

Order access and storage

Your private order link grants access to that order. Keep it private. This website uses browser session storage to help you return to an order in the same browser. Order records are stored server-side. We retain information needed for fulfilment, customer support, payment reconciliation and applicable recordkeeping. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion; some records may need to be retained for those purposes.

Sharing and questions

Where an agreed due diligence assignment requires an external professional, relevant assignment details may be shared with that professional to carry out the agreed work. We do not use order details to enrol you in marketing emails. Contact us with any questions about your information.
