Report orders and refunds

What you are buying

You are buying an informational research report, not an auction bid, a property reservation or a guarantee of investment returns. PRS costs $25 USD for one specified property. FAR costs $150 USD for the agreed auction roster. Due diligence starts with a free meeting; scope, MCR fees and external professional fees are agreed before work and payment.

Property and auction details

You provide the auction identity, advertised date and any required case or sale reference. PRS also requires a selected NYC street address and any applicable unit. Address matching does not establish that an auction exists, confirm a unit, or clear title. Research findings identify evidence dates, assumptions and unresolved questions.

Payment and delivery

PRS and FAR can be paid for immediately through Stripe after reviewing the order and accepting its terms. PRS is typically delivered within 2 hours of confirmed order and payment. FAR is typically delivered within 6 hours for the agreed roster. These are estimates, not guaranteed deadlines. Reports are delivered by email as self-contained PDFs. Contact Matias before ordering if your auction is imminent or you need a specific deadline. Document or contractor delays will be flagged promptly.

Cancellation and refunds

If we cannot fulfil your paid PRS or FAR order, you receive a full refund. To request a cancellation, correction or refund, email matiascostareis@gmail.com with your order reference and explain the issue. If research has begun or the report has been delivered, contact us so we can review the request; this page does not promise automatic cancellation in those circumstances. Any agreed refund is returned through the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing. Due diligence cancellation and payment arrangements are agreed with its scope before commissioning.

Limitations and support

Reports use available sources and stated assumptions. They do not guarantee all liens have been found, clear title, property condition, possession, auction outcomes or returns.
