Investigate a shortlisted property in depth
Start with a free investor meeting to explain the property, auction, investment strategy and questions you need answered. The assignment brings property research and agreed external professional findings into a clear decision report.
Agree the work before commissioning
The MCR fee starts at $1,500 per property. Title searches, attorney reviews, contractor evaluations and other specialists are quoted separately and agreed before ordering. Professional conclusions are attributed to the professional who performs them; missing records and access limitations remain explicit.
Research around your strategy
Depending on the agreed scope, the report examines title and legal issues, occupancy and possession, condition and renovation findings, resale or rental evidence, cash requirements, timing and downside scenarios. It distinguishes verified findings from assumptions and work still required.
Typical delivery is 5–10 business days after commissioning, subject to the case, documents and external professionals. Simpler cases may be faster. Scope, budget and timing are confirmed before work starts; payment is arranged by invoice or bank transfer after the meeting.
